Real madrid coach Zinedine Zidane on Thursday resigned as Real Madrid coach, R.Madrid's President Perez should now be looking out for the french man replacement as soon as possible.

Former Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane had just lead Madrid team to their thirteenth champions league title in Keiv, of which they appear to be the only club that have won the cup three consecutive times in a row.

Following the french man resignation as Real's coach, speculations has surfaced on who could be his possible replacement.

Below are the five likely candidates in contention to replace Zinedine Zidane as Madrid's coach.

Mauricio Pochettino

The Spanish man appears to be a long time target by Madrid to replace Zinedine Zidane in Santiago Bernebue. After his Totteham side defeat Zidane's team in the group stage of champions league, he have been long admired by R.Madrid president Perez, But with another Five year deal penned by Pochetinno with his current club Tottenham Hotspur, It will be very hard for Madrid to drag him to Bernabue but with a tempt of coaching the biggest club in Europe, he is likely to continue from where Zidane stopped come next season.

Arsene Wenger

With Arsene wenger not having the thought of going for a break in his coaching career, he is available to take over Los blancos from his fellow french man though he rejected Madrid few years back due to his loyalty to his former London club Arsenal but with the ambition of continuing his coaching career I think Madrid might consider to sign him as a short term option but who knows, he might turn out to be more successful in Madrid than Arsenal.

Joachim Low

The German team head coach signed a contract with Germany till 2022 and he is considered as another option to succeed Zidane. He is a man that Los Blancos President Perez admire a lot base on how successful he has turn out to be for his country. Low is currently with his German squad preparing for world cup in Russia.

Antonio Conte

Conte will be available as he is preparing to leave Chelsea anytime soon after a successful two and half years spent in London club Chelsea. Conte appears to be the only coach that went trophy-less in English premier league as a coach, But with his style of play; he might not be successful Real Madrid.

Massimiliano Allegri

Allegri have been successful with Juventus, having won four Seria A title and Four Coppa Italia with them, he is one candidate Madrid president Perez will look out for to replace Zinedine Zidane in Berbabeu. Arsenal wanted Allegri before  former PSG coach Unai Emery was appointed, though Allegri seems to continue his good work at Juventus but might be tempted by one one the most successful club in Europe.
